Pay: $60,000–$80,000 annual base salary, based on experience.

Pay Structure: Base salary plus commission. Base pay covers the full scheduled shift, including outside sales and service desk responsibilities.

Monday–Saturday | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM | Two days off during the week

Work the scheduled 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift

Initial shift of 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with outside business development earlier in the shift and front-office service advising beginning around 5:00 PM. The schedule includes two days off during the week.

3 Yrs Exp

Required: Previous Outside Sales Experience.

Comfortable using customer relationship management systems and learning automotive shop management software to organize customer information and service activity.

Willingness to visit businesses throughout the local market and work the scheduled 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift, including evening service desk coverage.

Some positions may require a valid driver's license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client's lawful requirements, and applicable law.

Preferred: Automotive Industry Experience.

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, automotive repair knowledge, fleet account sales, or automotive service sales experience is a plus, but previous service-advising experience is not required.
