Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Principal Software Engineer – Level 3: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience or a Master's degree in STEM and 3 years of related experience, or 1 year with a PhD.

Sr. Principal Software Engineer – Level 4: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree in STEM and 6 years of related experience, or 4 year with a PhD.

Current active in-scope Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance

Experience with C++20 standards and template meta-programming

Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies

Experience developing ZeroMQ-based messaging solutions

Experience with multi-threaded applications and low-latency programming paradigms

Interest working in a Research and Development setting

Experience working with customers within the Intelligence Community

BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 8 or more years related experience. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Polygraph.

BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field plus 12 or more years related experience is preferred.

Experience in Guidance, Navigation, Control (GNC), Attitude Determination & Control Subsystem (ADCS), Dynamics & Control Systems, or related space vehicle systems preferred.

Advanced computer application skills, such as Python, MATLAB, Simulink, and other analytical tools preferred.

Experience with simulator/hardware test development and execution, as well as mission operations preferred.

A current, active Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance is preferred.
