Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, repair administration, supply chain support, or a related customer-facing operations environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with 1-4+ years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 0-2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1-5 years of experience requesting supplier quotations, negotiating pricing within Delegation of Authority (DoA) thresholds, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders, GL accounts, project numbers, and supporting procurement documentation.

1-5 years of experience securing the best procurement solution by balancing quality, cost, and delivery while meeting customer requirements, supporting procurement strategy, and resolving supplier or purchasing-related disputes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Must be a US Person as defined in applicable law

Must be a U.S. Person as defined in applicable law, or otherwise authorized or eligible for authorization, to access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

3-5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.

Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Aviation, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing industry experience.

Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Ability to interpret engineering parts lists, technical drawings, and bills of material (BOM).

Starting wage is $21.00 an hour.

This position requires access to our export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology and services. These items are restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. and properly licensed foreign persons. Follow detailed assembly drawings, bill of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions

Computer skills to support timekeeping and accessing data in MRP/ERP system

Computer skills to navigate and extract information from MRP/ERP to view BOMs, Prints, Assembly Instructions

Able to maintain productivity in standard hours

Manual dexterity to effectively use hand tools while performing assembly tasks

Mechanical ability to operate assembly equipment

Consistently lifting and handling up to 10 pounds and periodically lifting up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus, with correction, if needed, to perform hand soldering and wiring of assemblies.

3 years experience preferred in electronics manufacturing

4x10 work schedule

Responsible NDT / NDE Level III

Must have required education and experience to meet ASNT Level III standard in at least two NDE methods

Must have ability to certify qualifications and complete any required additional education and testing for other needed NDE processes within a reasonable time period from employment start date.

Must have verifiable work experience and documentation of hours for Level II/III NDE certifications that meet ASNT requirements.

Preferably including MT, PT or VT.
