OSHA 10-hour card or ability to obtain it upon hire
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, construction management)
Demonstrated knowledge of construction trades, scheduling, coordination and installation
Experience in commercial construction
Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and general construction, as evidenced by prior work experience or training
Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend contract language, blueprints, and submittals
Proven experience managing construction project operations in roles such as Site Superintendent, Site Manager, Project Manager or Construction Superintendent
Experience using project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar applications
Experience with project management software such as Procore
Experience in permitting processes with local authorities
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-million dollar commercial construction projects
Current OSHA 30-hour card
