Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
5-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles
Hydraulic manufacturing experience preferred
Strong team, coordination, and communication skills
Manufacturing process design for welding, machining, assembly, testing, and painting
Hydraulic systems knowledge, preferably hydraulic cylinders
Hands-on CNC machining operations and programming support
Methods, motion, and time study techniques
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and lean manufacturing
Engineering data management (BOMs, routings, cycle times, consumables)
Plant layout, workflow optimization, and material handling design
Automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technology integration
ISO 9001 documentation and compliance
SOP and work instruction development
Root cause analysis and corrective action execution
KPI monitoring and performance improvement
AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and optimization
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings
Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
