Full-time

2–4 years of marketing experience required.

Experience creating original social media content.

Photography and videography skills.

Basic photo and video editing capabilities.

Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form video content.

Experience with email and SMS marketing.

Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Business Profiles.

Experience working with marketing analytics, KPIs, campaign results, and performance reporting.

Experience coordinating with or managing outside vendors and marketing agencies.

Willingness and ability to regularly visit company locations and attend occasional events as needed.

Automotive experience or a strong automotive interest is preferred.

Candidates with experience in the **automotive industry, automotive aftermarket, repair industry, dealerships, automotive media, motorsports, enthusiast communities, or automotive content creation** are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience supporting another multi-location business, retail organization, franchise, home-service company, hospitality group, or similar location-based organization may also be relevant.

A-Level diagnostic and advanced troubleshooting ability

Experience working in a flat-rate, production-based environment

Ability to balance productivity with repair quality and accuracy

45+ hours/week required
