Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

6+ months of experience building external client relationships and coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and support account needs

4+ years of experience supporting pharmacy or healthcare operations

4+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare account management, in a client-facing support role

The ability to travel regularly up to 75% of the time to customer sites while managing a structured field schedule
