Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout office, child care, and food service environments for extended periods.
Ability to inspect child care food preparation, storage, and service areas, including occasional access to kitchens, storage areas, and other facility spaces.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
Ability to perform repetitive computer and keyboard/mouse functions and maintain sufficient manual dexterity for handling documents, records, and inspection materials.
To observe food service operations, records, and environmental conditions.
Ability to travel to and between assigned child care sites and community locations as required.
Two years experience in food program or three years experience in Head Start, VPK, pre-school, Day Care Center or Day Care Home.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good math skills.
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Possession of a valid Driver's License
Reliable car
Sufficient insurance coverage.
