You possess manufacturing knowledge
Are adept at using hand tools
Can proficiently read technical drawings
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a CCA, subassembly, and/or module manufacturing role, with a focus on process improvement.
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly manufacturing processes, including equipment, materials, and quality control methods.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with SMT, PTH, AOI, and/or coating equipment
Ability to walk up and down stairs, as well as stand for long periods of time, in order to access and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stretch in order to perform equipment maintenance and repairs
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
