Five (5) years of experience in set-up and operation of the following types of machines: CNC lathe, CNC Mill, Manual Lathe, Bridgeport, Jig Bore, EDM, Surface Grinder, ID/OD Grinder, completion of an accredited training program will be considered
High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required
If necessary, be able to demonstrate ability to perform above skills on a test piece
Knowledge of Fanuc and conversational programming
Experience in manufacturing and repairing deviated parts, tools, and fixtures
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, procedures, and work instructions
Ability use various measuring instruments including; dial bore gages, indicator snap gages, Verniers, .0001 micrometers, Cadillac gages, sine bars
Perform and apply trigonometry math skills
Possess skills necessary to maintain accurate documentation
Possess related personal tools
Must have the ability to work an off shift of 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm- 7:00am
Ability to work in a diverse team environment with both hourly and salary employees and communicate effectively
