You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
This position requires considerable amount of walking, and occasional climbing, bending and crouching.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, developing and coordinating quality assurance audit and surveillance program procedures, studies and requirements to identify operational and procedural deficiencies and implement corrective action to ensure ship and submarine repair practices meet quality and certification requirements. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting quality assurance audits, evaluations, or surveillances of ships or submarines programs or processes to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas.
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree;
OR
An LL.M. degree in a field directly related to the position being filled.
