Junior Level: 0-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-op programs, or academic projects with a strong emphasis on hands-on application, design, or testing, is required
Mid-level roles demand 3-7 years of progressive professional experience, preferably within defense or maritime sectors, or alternatively, a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Strong design and analysis skills, including proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CREO), basic understanding of FEA, and the ability to interpret and create technical drawings and schematics
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
Proven abilities in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical issues in real-world operational environments
