High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to measure accurately using required measurement tools such as flexible rulers, calipers and micrometers, counter-sink gauges, etc
Intermediate computer skills
Acceptable vision with corrective lenses. (Tested annually).
Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Color recognition (recognizes and distinguishes colors and shades). (Tested annually).
Ability to frequently move, stand, and walk for up to 75% of the workday.
Regularly unload trucks, lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Capable of bending, twisting, reaching, and performing physical tasks as required.
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Experience with FAA regulations, Quality Management System requirements, Quality Assurance standards, and Customer specific requirements in regard to the inspection processes
Read and interpret Engineering drawings to ensure verification / compliance to said drawings
Provide information or data obtained from research, as may be requested by the Quality Manager.
Maintain documentation and training as dictated by FAA requirements to sustain DMIR status.
