Production Associates
Location: Lisbon, Maine
Day Shift: $18.00/hour
Night Shift: $20.00/hour
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekend work is required as part of the regular production schedule
12-hour shifts
Operate and monitor equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, inserters, and stackers
Feed printed materials into machinery according to production requirements
Collate, sort, count, bundle, and package printed products
Stack and palletize completed products for shipping
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleanup
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular production schedule
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills
Previous manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required
This position involves standing and walking for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks
Employees must be able to lift up to 50lbs
