Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of experience designing and commercializing physical products
Highly proficient in SolidWorks
Experience taking products from design through prototype and production
Strong hands-on problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound engineering decisions
Comfortable working directly with manufacturing teams and suppliers
Medical device experience is a plus
Experience with servo systems, force measurement, load cells, biomechanics instrumentation, ECAD/Altium, contract manufacturers, or ISO 13485 is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
