At NMB, the pay band for this role is between $78,178.00 and $117,267.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required:

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

3 Years plus experience as a design engineer or application engineer

Minimum 3 years of experience in the specified industry or industries and/or working with the specified product(s)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point) required:

Working knowledge and experience in an organization with ISO/TS 16949 certification, DFMEA, APQP, and other AIAG core tools.

Proven ability to maintain close working relationships with overseas engineers and avoid/overcome roadblocks to the development of the product, highly required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: A normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office, and ability to conduct a normal amount of work on a computer.

Master's Degree a plus
