For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in product development, quality engineering, or regulatory compliance.

The work location for this role is in Rochester, NY (Relocation assistance provided if not already local).

Experience with international market entry requirements (e.g., EU MDR, RoHS, REACH).

Certification as a Regulatory Affairs Professional or specialized training in Product Safety.

Familiarity with cross-functional project management tools (e.g., Jira, PLM systems).

Earn $31.45 per hour with overtime after 40 hours

Valid Class A CDL

Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required

1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

English language proficiency

Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
