Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, facility layouts, material flow, capacity, and production systems.
Ability to develop CAPEX business cases and assess costs, labor, throughput, savings, return on investment, and payback.
Experience working with equipment suppliers, integrators, vendors, and contractors; proficiency with project-management and Microsoft Office tools.
Proficiency with CAD/layout tools
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Significant manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of complex manufacturing, capital equipment, production-line, facility, or capacity-expansion projects required.
The employee occasionally will be required hand lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
