Lead and perform pipefitting and welding on steam, condensate, water, and air systems in corrugating packaging plants
Read, interpret, and work from P&IDs;, drawings, and technical specifications
Manage and coordinate third party contractors and ensure work meets Kadant Johnson and customer standards
Support equipment installs, modifications, and troubleshooting on corrugator systems
Provide accurate measurements, sketches, and documentation of system changes
Work closely with engineering, service, and project management teams to ensure project success
Maintain safety, quality, and performance standards while managing field operations
Assist with developing scope of work, preparation of proposals, and supporting customer needs
Supervisory responsibilities including hiring, staff performance evaluation, and people development
