Weld VAF body to maintain its position.
Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
Train and assist other personnel as needed.
Set up fixtures - weld, TIG VAF's into position.
Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting each order.
Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
Measuring and cutting materials to be used in each order.
Perform other duties as needed but not specified in this description.
Welder I
Responsible for moving loads of material safely from one process to another.
A willingness to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions with little or no supervision.
Must be familiar with all company policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook in order to maintain a fair and consistent working environment.
Must be self-motivated to continually work with high standard results.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to follow instructions and continued training throughout employment with a desire for self-improvement.
Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality. Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.
Responsible for keeping up with daily production flow and needs while meeting all requirements of the product drawings.
Operate assorted forklift models as needed in order to move products, parts, equipment, materials, etc. in a safe fashion.
