High school diploma or GED required

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

BCLS certification required

If working in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Imaging Center, a minimum of three years of direct obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound experience is required, including experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or another advanced prenatal imaging environment

Computer literacy required

All employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP

Minimum of four years of obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound experience

Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or an advanced prenatal imaging environment strongly

Fetal echocardiography certification and/or experience

Previous experience mentoring sonographers, serving as a preceptor, or supporting ultrasound student education preferred

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Current experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Ability to independently scrub and monitor procedures

Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RT), CVT, CVIS, or RCIS certification

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience required

High School Diploma or GED required

RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred

Experience with STEMI and PCI procedures

Peripheral vascular and electrophysiology/pacemaker procedure experience
