High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, preferably in the lighting or electrical manufacturing industry
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly procedures
Familiarity with lighting products and electrical systems is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds - Occasionally (15-45%)
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) - Continuously (over 75%)
Manual dexterity for manipulating tools, parts, and equipment - Frequently (50-75%)
Visual acuity to inspect small components and wiring for defects - Frequently (50-75%)
