Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to use and operate Contact Management systems, 10-key, faxes, copiers, scanning equipment, drive-up equipment, and Internet software (spread sheets and word processing).

Must complete ongoing sales and service training

Employee must be familiar with credit union robbery preparedness procedures.

A MSA1 will be required to complete a pre-determined list of functions and training (see MSA1 training plan in Performance Pro forms) within the first 12 month of hire date.

Monday-Friday Schedule

The physical demands for this position primarily involve sedentary and light activity.

The employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in the applicable area of responsibility.

Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience, including at least two (2) years demonstrated success leading teams and delivering results is essential.

Experience in dairy processing or manufacturing.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
