Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction, or similar industry and/or combination of degree and 10 years of industry specific work experience
Minimum seven (7) years of Infrastructure Solutions, Building Energy Solutions, ESCO, large commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical project management experience
Experience with State of New Jersey / energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP)
Experience managing large projects with multiple subcontractors in various industry disciplines
Experience in preparing purchase orders and sub-contractor agreements
Experience in customer, sub-contractor, and vendor invoicing
Experience working with forecasting and utilizing forecasting platforms
Experience creating and updating project schedules
Experience managing multi-million dollar mechanical/HVAC/electrical projects
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in project close out steps and O&Ms.
Must have extensive managerial and technical experience
Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards
Well organized with strong planning
Quality control and safety oriented
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
Position requires a valid driver's license, as travel to project sites is required
PMP certification preferred
Procore understanding preferred
