Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
Previous exposure to machining operations and processes.
Strong experience in process engineering and manufacturing engineering within a production environment.
Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Hands-on experience with continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing settings.
Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), including creating and interpreting control charts.
Experience monitoring key process variables and quality metrics to control and improve processes.
Knowledge of process controls, repeatability, and methods to reduce scrap, defects, and variation.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and root cause failure analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to analyze production data to identify trends and drive data-based decisions.
Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams.
Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship in a manufacturing environment.
Comfort working in a highly hands-on, plant-based role with daily interaction with operators.
