A minimum of 5 years working as a project manager and estimating steel fabrication projects.
Ability to read and comprehend fabrication codes, specifications, and drawings.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, and CAD Software.
Ability to work in a diverse workforce.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment as a leader making decisions and solve problems to meet productivity and project goals.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to establish and maintain courtesy, dignity, trust, and respect with customers and fellow employees.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
