Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

One to two years of call center management experience required.

Experience managing programs with varying service objectives, agent skill requirements and technical solutions.

Excellent attendance history is required.

Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office functions including extended Outlook functions and complex Excel functions

Experience with strategic development and implementation specifically with operating policies and procedures, and work process improvements.

Experience managing multiple programs concurrently is a plus.

$15 per hour

Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
