High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Ability to use inspection tools such as scales, calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring devices.
Ability to successfully complete required quality and ISO training.
Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed to support business demands.
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for detailed assembly, welding, inspection, and material handling tasks.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect weld quality, read drawings, and utilize measurement tools.
