History of results-based approach to developing and implementation of productivity funnel through the utilization of Kaizen

Advanced knowledge of CI tools (Mixed Model Lean, Six Sigma, SIOP, Sourcing, GDP, and KPIs)

5+ years of production experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.

The typical shift starts at 7:00 a.m., with an expected workweek of approximately 45–50 hours.

Experience working as a Quality Engineer within Automotive Manufacturing (IATF 16949)

Experience completing and implementing 8D corrective actions and preventative actions

PPAP, APQP and PFMEA experience

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience

Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T;

Experience with machined metal products and precision machining processes.

Experience working with cast iron castings in a production environment.

Exposure to CNC machining operations and related process development.

Experience using MeasureLink or similar measurement data collection and analysis software.

Quality Engineering certifications or additional professional credentials in quality or manufacturing.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Starting pay ranges from $20-$35 based on experience

High School Graduate or GED is required for all Per Mar Security Services positions.

Must be able to travel, as needed.

Must have mathematical skills including ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume along with ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Must have knowledge of fire and electrical codes to ensure safe and proper installation of alarm systems and devices.
