5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, OR active LNA/CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential
Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support
Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Must be available **Thursday-Monday from 7:00am-7:00pm** to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
Comfortable working in different Phoenix-area home environments, including houses, apartments, senior communities, homes with pets, and smoking environments
Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
