Ability to use most Revit tools within a project; must be able to utilize basic tools associated with electrical design such as conduit and cable tray

Capable of extracting accurate and detailed information from Revit model through schedules; this effort would identify quantities and values for construction materials

NavisWorks experience and comprehensive understanding of its function by setting up and coordinating projects, files, and clash detection

Electrical modeling experience preferred

When required, must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices

Ability to understand hazards of chemicals and materials and safely handle them

Standing/walking for long periods of time

Duties require standing, walking, hand dexterity, good sense of balance (climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling).

Good ear, nose, sense of feeling and far vision to evaluate equipment being repaired.

Able to lift/push/pull max 50 lbs. (if exceeds 50 lbs., use teamwork and proper equipment)

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception

2 years of equivalent work experience in maintenance related area such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance or Electronics and/or two-year technical degree preferred

Food industry experience preferred

Certification as licensed Boiler Operator preferred

Certification as licensed Wastewater Operator preferred

Certification as Ammonia Refrigeration Technician preferred

$100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Monday through Friday schedule, with specific start and end times to be determined.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an electrical estimator.

Hands-on electrical construction experience or a construction management degree.

Experience supporting mission-critical projects such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, or similar complex environments.

Proficiency with electrical estimation processes, including quantity takeoffs and use of estimating software.

Strong conceptual estimating skills with the ability to develop budgets and forecasts from incomplete or early-stage design information.

Demonstrated financial analytical skills to evaluate costs, margins, and pricing strategies.

Ability to review and interpret bid documents, drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

Experience working on data center and semiconductor projects or other mission-critical facilities.
