Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, engineering, finance, technical background or related field of study is required.

5 years of progressive procurement experience (usually post education) in the field of manufacturing or engineering

2+ years' experience in a sourcing organization or relevant business/commercial experience

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office Proficiency, MRP, SAP, Ariba; Experience implementing SAP systems a plus

Established Procurement skillset to include sourcing indirect categories, negotiation, strategy development and execution, contract development, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier diversity and management

Demonstrated experience identifying and developing procurement tools and reports

Proven ability to utilize various industry information and benchmarking, draw upon knowledge and researching data utilizing internal and external sources of the global markets, interpret key stakeholder requirements, and leverage actionable data analytics in evaluating strategies, developing options, and executing tactics to deliver sustainable sourcing solutions

MBA preferred

Project/Program Management experience

Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program Management
