High school diploma or GED preferred. Vocational, technical, trade school, or equivalent manufacturing training is a plus.
3 or more years of relevant experience in a technical manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, or process-oriented production environment.
Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions in English, and ability to perform basic math.
Ability to read drawings, work instructions, travelers, and parts lists and to accurately document work performed.
Experience using precision measuring tools, fixtures, tooling, or inspection equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, dependable work habits, and the ability to manage daily priorities safely and efficiently.
