Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions

Professional experience in at least one of the following: Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security), customer information/billing/CRM systems integrated with ERP environments, or operational systems (asset management, work management, scheduling, field service, or operational finance)

Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (transcripts required)

Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry

Prior experience supporting an enterprise system through an acquisition or major platform transition

Willingness to relocate if not local to the Buffalo, NY area
