1+ year of business experience, including customer service exposure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present issues clearly to warehouse partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness and ability to support a flexible work schedule when required.
Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
SAP (or related ERP) experience preferred.
Inventory reconciliation experience preferred.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
The position requires operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and third-party warehouse contacts and exchange accurate information in written and verbal formats.
