Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 12 AM- 8:30 AM (training will be day hours)

Mandatory overtime may be required during periods of high volume.

The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $97,500.00 - 146,300.00 USD annually.

This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift.

Must be available to work flexible hours and periodically adjust work schedules to provide leadership, coaching, oversight, and support to maintenance personnel on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry is required.

Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment.

Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures.

Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.

Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools are an asset.

Knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance a plus.
