Participating in on-call rotation per team policy

Registered Nurse RN

Active RN license in the state of employment

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.

One (1) + year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred.

$33.24 - $49.86

Full Time

Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 pm

Masters Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in a recognized mental health field

Current State of Illinois licensure with a minimum of four letters e.g. LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Clinical Psychologist (Psy D/Ph D).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health environment.

Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross within 90 days of hire.

CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire.
