Pay Range = $25.83 - $42.58 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

Starting salary for position: $25.82 - $42.58 per hour.

1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40

1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday

1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays

Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Initially on first shift, working 10–12 hour shifts.

As the plant grows, Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.

2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

2+ Years' experience of electromechanical experience.

A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades.

Be Authorized to work in the US.

Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of relevant experience

Proficient in power system design

Low Voltage and Medium Voltage systems

Electrical distribution

Propulsion systems

Automation systems (PLC/HMI)

Proven experience executing projects from proposal through commissioning, including design, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems

Solid understanding of power system performance, including power quality, dynamic control behavior, and interactions with mechanical systems (e.g., cooling systems, couplings, gearboxes)

Experience with PLC-based control systems and industrial automation platforms, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in customer-facing environments

Domestic and International travel required (30% plus)

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Experience with marine or offshore industry projects, including knowledge of classification society standards such as ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register, and MIL-STD

Familiarity with Siemens tools, including S7 PLCs and SINAMICS drives, along with field service or commissioning experience

Candidates with backgrounds in marine, shipbuilding, offshore oil & gas, power generation, or industrial automation are strongly encouraged to apply
