Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other relevant degree.
10+ years of professional experience in relevant business development discipline.
Proven experience structuring, developing, and commercializing customer energy solution business models, with direct experience in one or more of the following: third-party ownership (TPO), power purchase agreements (PPA), Energy-as-a-Service, or energy service company (ESCO) models.
Experience in leading multiple cross-functional team and members, sales and technical specialists, external vendors and project teams.
