Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (or 2-year technical degree with relevant experience).

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, layout, and material flow principles.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and translate requirements into robust manufacturing methods.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment preferred.

Welding, Machining, and Fabrication **OR** Electronic Assembly experience preferred.

CAD/design capability (Autodesk preferred; Vault a plus).

Lean / Continuous Improvement training (Kaizen, value stream thinking, structured problem solving).

Packaging design and testing experience.

Experience implementing Standard Work, Visual Management, and 5S in manufacturing.

$25 - 30/hr based on experience
