Senior Structural Engineer, PE
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineering (PE) License.
Experience with structural steel design.
Expertise in steel connection design and hand calculations.
Experience with tools (or comparable) like Excel, MathCAD, structural analysis software (i.e. RAM Elements, RAM Connections).
Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD systems including AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of US building codes and design standards (IBC 2012+, ASCE 7- 10+, AISC steel manual, AISC 360-10, ASME, API).
Ability to manage multiple projects, work both independently and collaboratively, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in structural steel or pre-engineered metal building erection.
Significant experience leading steel erection crews, superintendents, and field operations across multiple sites.
Deep knowledge of PEMB erection procedures, structural framing, panel systems, sequencing, and constructability.
Proven capability to analyze erection drawings, structural blue prints, specifications, and project schedules.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cranes, heavy rigging operations, and field equipment logistics.
Valid OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
Valid driver's license with the ability to visit active jobsites regularly.
