Strong manual dexterity requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness.
Willingness to work on various product groups and work flexible shifts.
Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures.
Understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Perform standard software operations including SAP.
Regularly perform work that requires magnification.
Concentrate for prolonged periods of time.
Infrequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Infrequently stand in a stationary position.
Use power and hand tools, and custom tooling.
Ability to wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses, steel toe shoes, lab coat, sleeves, gloves, and other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 months manufacturing or other related experience
