Training duration: 3 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting

Hours of Operation: 8:00AM – 11:00PM M-F, 8:00AM – 6:30PM Saturday

Production schedule is assigned during training and will fall between the hours of operation. Must be flexible to work during hours of operation.

Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).

The training days and hours and initial shift days and hours will be provided in the interview

Must be Fluent in English & Spanish

Reside in Puerto Rico.

Ability to successfully complete a 3 week virtual training class & 2 weeks of nesting.

You cannot miss a day of training.

Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).

High school diploma, GED, or college degree

Must have 6 months of customer service experience.

Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).

You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed

Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.

Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.

Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace.

Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area.

Must be flexible to work during hours of operation.
