BONUS POTENTIAL (Paid Quarterly): Up to 24% of Annual Salary

Sign-on bonuses are paid in 3 equal payments according to the following schedule: payment 1 processes 30 days following the date of hire, payment 2 processes 60 days following the date of hire, payment 3 processes 90 days following the date of hire. To be eligible for each bonus payment, the new hire must be employed at the time of payout.
