3+ years of accounting experience, including AP/AR

Hands-on QuickBooks experience

Experience with accounting across multiple entities (multiple companies or LLCs)

Experience with construction loan draws

Able to work on-site daily at our Gardena office

Real estate or construction industry accounting experience

Bilingual: English/Spanish

Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting

$33.00 to $40.00 per hour

Hybrid work schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

3+ years of accounting experience required.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems.

Experience within real estate, property management, real estate investment, construction, or related industries preferred.

Public accounting experience is a plus.

CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure preferred.

Familiarity with real estate accounting concepts and property-level reporting.
