High School Diploma or GED required, or one to three months related experience
Read and speak English proficiently
Navigate the property, access low and high areas, and occasionally pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds
Must comply with all ESA safety and security policies including OSHA and ADA standards
Maintenance of guest rooms in good repair
Perform repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, and complete tasks outlined in the Green Shield Binder
HVAC systems, and pool/spa maintenance where applicable
Out-of-room cleaning, grounds maintenance, work order management, and maintaining organized maintenance areas
Strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
Work with minimal supervision while maintaining company standards
