Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of manufacturing or design engineering experience, specifically with high-reliability mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical components or systems (e.g., advanced battery packs, precision motor/gearbox assemblies, energetic devices).
Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver complex hardware solutions (e.g., advanced battery packs, precision actuators, energetic systems) in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
Demonstrated in-kind or direct team leadership skills, with backing examples of guiding projects or mentoring junior engineers.
Demonstrated ability to set up and optimize manufacturing environments, including MBOM creation, MES integration, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for complex hardware production.
Proficient with Siemens NX for CAD and Teamcenter for PLM software.
Hands-on experience physically manufacturing hardware (e.g., precision machining, additive manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, battery cell integration, energetic material handling, fabrication).
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
