Successful completion of BACB 40-hour training

Bachelors Degree

Holds license, certification, or registration in area of behavior analysis (e.g. RBT, ABAT, BCAT)

At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders.

Computer proficiency required.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

At least 18 years of age

Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings.

Preferred BCaBA certification or enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program.

$17.75 – $19.00 per hour + Monthly Commission

Commission eligibility after 30 days

Employee discount (available after 30 days)

20–30+ hours per week to start.

Must be available on weekends and most holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Previous retail experience required

Comfortable using POS systems, iPads, and basic computer programs

Must be available on weekends and most holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Must have reliable transportation

Must have prior retail/sales experience

Boutique or fashion retail preferred

Prior key holder or leadership experience preferred

Key holder level preferred
