Behavioral Criteria: Human Resources may substitute Behavioral Criteria: directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.

Assistant Manager
Train store associates on company policies, procedures, and standards
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and accounting department
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers and addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
