4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles.
Advanced proficiency in *Microsoft PowerPoint*, with demonstrated ability to develop polished, visually compelling business and sales presentations.
Working proficiency in *HubSpot*, including email marketing, contact lists, segmentation, landing pages, forms, and campaign management.
Functional understanding of digital marketing, email, social media, direct mail, and out-of-home advertising channels.
Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate or client events.
Experience developing, cleaning, segmenting, and managing prospect and direct mail lists.
Basic graphic design capabilities and a strong eye for layout, typography, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, meetings, and other business needs.
